Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Dip each shrimp in the egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. For the hot honey sauce, melt butter in a small saucepan, then stir in honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Heat until combined.
  6. Drizzle the hot honey sauce over the fried shrimp before serving.
