- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Dip each shrimp in the egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- For the hot honey sauce, melt butter in a small saucepan, then stir in honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Heat until combined.
- Drizzle the hot honey sauce over the fried shrimp before serving.
