- In the inner pot of your Instant Pot®, combine apple cider, cinnamon sticks, lemon zest, cloves, nutmeg, and allspice.
- Close and lock the lid of the Instant Pot®. Set the pressure to high according to the manufacturer's instructions and set the timer for 1 minute.
- Allow the pressure to build, which may take 10 to 15 minutes.
- Once cooked, release the pressure using the natural-release method as per the manufacturer's instructions, approximately 15 minutes.
- Unlock and carefully remove the lid.
- Serve the mulled cider in cups, sweetening with honey to taste.
