- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Pour into the loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon for the topping. Brush melted butter over the warm bread and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mix on top.
- Let cool before slicing.
