Ingredients
  

Lemon Cheesecake Filling
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix the filling until smooth and creamy.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough, separating each triangle.
  5. Spread a spoonful of the lemon cheesecake filling in the center of each triangle.
  6. Roll the dough starting from the wide end and moving to the point.
  7. Place the filled crescent rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving for an extra touch of sweetness.
