- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
- Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove and let it rest.
- While the chicken cools, prepare the creamy sandwich sauce by mixing mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toast the bread slices on the grill or in a toaster if desired.
- Slice the cooked chicken and assemble the sandwiches with bread, chicken, avocado, cheese, tomato, lettuce, and sauce.
- Top with another slice of bread and serve.
