Ingredients
  

Chicken Breasts
  • 4 pieces small–medium chicken breasts
Coating
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 g panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano to taste
Sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 240 ml light or heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil as needed

Method
 

  1. Preheat the frying pan with olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts in a mixture of Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and seasoning.
  3. Cook the chicken in the frying pan until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a separate pan, sauté garlic in olive oil, then add cream and simmer until thickened.
  5. Serve the chicken topped with the creamy garlic sauce.
