- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
