Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients
  • 125 g peanut butter
  • 60 g Greek yogurt
  • 30 ml honey or maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
  • 50 g oat flour
  • 30 g protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 60 g chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
  4. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
