  • 125 g butter
  • 400 g sugar
  • 120 ml milk
  • 250 g peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir in sugar and milk, and bring to a boil. Let it boil for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  4. Add oats and mix until well combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper and let cool until set.
