- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in sugar and milk, and bring to a boil. Let it boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Add oats and mix until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper and let cool until set.
