Ingredients
  

Croissants
  • 8 large croissants
Cookie Dough
  • 1 package chocolate chip cookie dough balls 16 dough balls needed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Slice the croissants in half lengthwise – stopping when they are cut approximately ¾ of the way through.
  3. Take one ball of cookie dough and break it into smaller pieces. Stuff the smaller pieces of the cookie dough into the cut croissant like you are stuffing a sandwich.
  4. Break apart another cookie dough ball and spread it on top of the stuffed croissant.
  5. Place the prepared croissant on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Repeat with the remaining cookie dough and croissants.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookie dough is baked and golden brown on top.
  8. Allow the croissants to cool slightly before serving.
