Ingredients
  

Dough Mixture
  • 133 g granulated sugar
  • 113 g butter room temperature
  • 55 g brown sugar packed
  • 60 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder not Dutch-processed
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp red food color I prefer gel
  • 220 g all-purpose flour
  • 60 g mini chocolate chips
  • 8-10 pieces double-stuffed Oreo cookies crushed
  • 2 tbsp white jimmies not nonpareils

Method
 

  1. Combine sugar, butter, brown sugar, milk, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla, and food color in a large mixer bowl. Beat together until well combined.
  2. Add in the flour, mixing until just incorporated. Don’t over-mix as it will change the texture of the cookie dough.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips, crushed cookies, and jimmies until mixed throughout.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour prior to serving.
