  • 125 g butter melted
  • 200 g white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 190 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 120 ml sour cream
  • 60 g chopped walnuts
  • 2 medium bananas sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture. Stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in sour cream, chopped walnuts, and sliced bananas.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
