Vinaigrette
  • 1 cucchiaio double concentrated tomato paste
  • 1 cucchiaio balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cucchiaio rice vinegar
  • 0.5 cucchiaino Dijon mustard
  • 6 cucchiaio olive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
