- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab, ricotta, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Lay out each noodle and fill with the shrimp and crab mixture, then roll up.
- Place the roll-ups in the baking dish and top with remaining Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
