Ingredients
  

Shrimp Crab Melts
  • 1 can Refrigerated flaky biscuits Separate and flatten each biscuit
  • 240 g Cooked shrimp Chopped
  • 240 g Lump crab meat Canned or fresh
  • 240 g Shredded mozzarella cheese Can substitute with cheddar
  • 113 g Cream cheese Softened, can swap with ricotta
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning Or a mix of paprika and celery salt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped, can use chives or dill
  • 2 tbsp Butter Melted, can use olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, lump crab meat, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley. Mix well.
  3. Open the refrigerated biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the seafood mixture in the center. Fold the biscuit over and seal it.
  4. Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
