Ingredients
  

Chicken and Sauce
  • 1 pound Boneless Chicken Breast or chicken thighs for moister bite, use thighs
  • 120 ml Teriyaki Sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 15 ml Soy Sauce opt for low-sodium
  • 15 ml Honey maple syrup is a vegan substitute
  • 15 ml Sesame Oil or use olive oil
Wrap Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Tortillas whole wheat for a nutritious alternative
  • 2 cups Lettuce or spinach/kale choose your favorite greens
  • 1 cup Vegetables (Carrots, Bell Peppers, Green Onions) customize with available veggies

Method
 

  1. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 15 minutes. Add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Stir to coat and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  2. Warm the tortillas. Layer with chicken, lettuce, and your choice of vegetables. Roll tightly and serve.

Notes
