Wassail Ingredients
  • 2 gallons apple cider
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick cinnamon stick broken into pieces
  • 1 cucchiaino whole cloves

  • Tea Ball
  • Ladle

Method
 

  1. In a large pot over medium-low heat, combine apple cider, orange juice, sugar, lemon juice, and pineapple juice.
  2. Place cinnamon and cloves in a tea ball, add to the apple cider mixture, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until warmed through.
  3. Serve the wassail from the pot using a large ladle.
